He told me that I liked calm. But little by little the changes began:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>I would run out of air when climbing stairs.<\/li>\n<li>My hands trembled when I opened jars.<\/li>\n<li>I forgot why I entered a room.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>One morning I slipped when I got out of the shower. It was correct, orderly, well attended. But everything had a schedule:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sleep early<\/li>\n<li>Eating at five<\/li>\n<li>Do not leave after a certain time<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>One night I wanted to walk in the open air. They arrested me.<br \/>\n\u2014Security policy.<\/p>\n<p>I was 83 years old and someone decided when I should sleep.<br \/>\nThat was not living.
